Kilkivan Great Horse Ride
Sunstate Petroleum proudly supports the Kilkivan Great Horse Ride, a cherished annual event that honours the spirit of Queensland’s bush heritage. Goomeri Pumpkin Festival

ProMX National Motocross – Davey Motorsport
Sunstate Petroleum supported the Davey Motorsport Team Truck in the ProMX National Motocross, helping local riders from our region compete at the highest level. Through donated fuel and sponsorship, we enabled their travel, performance and team logistics throughout the national series. We’re proud to champion rural youth with ambition and skill, ensuring they receive the same access to opportunity as their urban peers. Supporting high-performance sport is one way we give back to the communities that fuel us, while nurturing the next generation of talent from regional Queensland.
Tin Can Bay Human Powered Vehicle Team
We supported Tin Can Bay State School’s Human Powered Vehicle (HPV) team with fuel and funding to reach a state-wide engineering competition. This grassroots project gave students a platform to develop STEM capabilities, teamwork and innovation, while proudly representing their school and community. Our contribution ensured travel and participation were made possible, allowing rural students the same competitive access as others across the state.
